and measures to take to correct any deficiencies. We use the S.W.O.T. method in our reporting, which stands for Success,
Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. ICSARM is also able to provide detailed
on-site training in all areas relative to church safety and security. This is usually best presented after a CRA
has been completed. One of the most common request for services after a CRA is for ICSARM to assist with the creation of church policies
and manuals. ICSARM will work with a local safety & security team from the church to create policies and procedural
manuals that are specific to the needs of that local church. The following are examples of the manuals that we assist
in creating: - Child Safety Policy
- Emergency
Evacuation Procedures

in May 2009. Since his college days at Moody Bible Institute and Southwest Baptist University, Michael has served as
associate pastor or senior pastor of eight churches and has also served once as an interim pastor. He also served over 5 years

pastoral experience in a bi-vocational capacity, Michael has also maintained his professional development in the area of litigation
management and risk management. Prior to founding of ICSARM, Michael served as director of business development for
a major litigation support company and director of litigation management for an Atlanta-based provider of claims management
solutions to insurance companies. In 2001 Michael developed his Managed Legal Care concept to litigation management,
growing that business in less than three years to over 2,500 law firms across the United States and Canada and likewise established
a Legal Services Provider Network. Michael has also previously served as a Regional Claims Manager for a major P&C carrier
and has nearly 15 years P&C claims management experience. In July 2002 Michael became one of the originating founders
of the International Litigation Management Association and served as their President and Chairman of the Board until 2007

CHURCH SAFETY ROUNDTABLES
ICSARM has opportunities for local Church Safety Roundtables in YOUR community.
A local Church Safety Roundtable allows local churches to meet on a regular basis to discuss best practices and share good
(and bad) experiences relative to church safety issues. Whether meeting on a quarterly or weekly basis, these local
Church Safety Roundtables are an excellent opportunity for the church leadership to gain insight as to what can be done to
provide better protection for their local church The local
Church Safety Roundtable can also serve as a clearinghouse for churches to decide as a community how they might be able to
jointly deal with various types of exposures and concerns. To learn more about how to host a Church Safety Roundtable
or how to get one started in your area, give ICSARM a call or send an e-mail requesting more information.
CHAPTER PRESIDENT APPLICATION ICSARM is looking for candidates to serve as Chapter Presidents for our local
Church Safety Roundtable program. The introduction of the local Church Safety Roundtable concept allows individuals
who are interested involved in providing any sort of service to local churches in the area of safety, security and risk management
to expand their capability by aligning with a larger national organization, such as ICSARM. The principle
is relatively straightforward and similar to any typical franchise concept without the burden of excessive upfront costs.
All one needs is a limited amount of time, a willingness to assist with identifying local meeting locations, public
speaking capabilities and equipment, reaching out to local churches in your assigned area, and leave the rest to ICSARM.
We will provide agenda outlines, marketing templates and materials for the meetings. We will also
be able to assist with even periodically providing speakers. If you are interested in receiving
more details about the Church Safety Program, send an e-mail requesting an application. If you have already received
an Application and have been asked to submit for approval, there is a non-refundable $50.00 application fee. Select

CHAPTER PRESIDENTS AS BUSINESS MEMBERS
One of the most important features
within the chapter roundtable program is the introduction of business members. It is these business members that give the
chapters some of their validity in presenting security, safety, insurance, legal and risk management solutions to local churches.
That being said, as chapter presidents who have businesses, I believe it is important that you set the trend as an
approved business member for your roundtable. While there is a $100 application fee for the standard business member, since
you as a chapter president candidate already paid a $50 fee for a personal background check, ICSARM is in a position to offset
your business application fee by this amount as the background check would not be as elaborate.
The basic business
membership annual fee for a church roundtable is $149.95. Thus, with the remaining application fee of $50.00, the total amount
to be paid would be $199.95. If you desire to join more than one chapter as a business member, we will agree to make subsequent
fees $99.95 per chapter. Thus, with the additional $50 fee for the company background check, this would be the cost breakdown
for multiple roundtables:
2 roundtables: $299.90 3 roundtables: $399.85 4 roundtables: $499.80 5
roundtables: $599.75 6 roundtables: $699.70
We currently have 12 roundtables functioning. If I have done my
math correctly, that would be a total of $1299.40 to be listed as a business member at all existing chapter roundtables. If
you are interested, until the end of April ICSARM will agree to extend an offer to all current chapters for a fee of $1,000
to be part of all existing church safety roundtables AND any new roundtables that are added to the program between now and
April 30, 2011.

STANDARD BUSINESS MEMBERSHIP
The standard basic business membership
annual fee for a church roundtable is $149.95 plus a non-refundable $99.95 application fee, for a total of $249.90. If
you desire to join more than one chapter as a business member, we will agree to make subsequent fees $99.95 per chapter. Thus, after
the $99.95 application fee for the company background check, this would be the cost breakdown for multiple roundtables:
2 roundtables: $249.90 3 roundtables: $349.85 4 roundtables: $449.80 5 roundtables: $549.75 6
roundtables: $649.70
We currently have 12 roundtables functioning. If I have done my math correctly, that would
be a total of $1249.40 to be listed as a business member at all existing chapter roundtables. If you are interested, until
the end of April ICSARM will agree to extend an offer to all current chapters for a fee of $1,000 to be part of all existing
